I teach weekly classes in Ashtanga Yoga (both led and Mysore) and Yin Yoga at Delight Yoga.
In Ashtanga Led classes I guide you through the first part of the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In this dynamic practice the breath is guiding our movements, gently flowing from one pose into the other.
In Mysore classes I help you to build your own self-practice of the Astanga Yoga sequence. With individual guidance, verbal cues and hands-on adjustments, you practice at your own pace.
In Yin Yoga were holding the (ground) positions for 3-5 minutes, to allow the connective tissue (fascia) to stretch. This helps us to create more mobility in the joints, and more importantly a calm and peaceful mind.
