weekly classes

I teach weekly classes in Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal at Yoga Circle Amsterdam
In Ashtanga Led classes I guide you through the first part of the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In this dynamic practice the breath is guiding our movements, gently flowing from one pose into the other. 

In Yin Yoga were holding the (ground) positions for 3-5 minutes, to allow the connective tissue (fascia) to stretch. This helps us to create more mobility in  the joints, and more importantly a calm and peaceful mind.  

Prenatal classes are a great way to relax, move and connect with your baby during pregnancy. In these classes you'll receive tools to help you prepare for labor as well. The classes are a combination of a gentle flow and restorative poses.
