I teach weekly classes in Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga at Delight Yoga.
In Ashtanga Led classes I guide you through the first part of the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In this dynamic practice the breath is guiding our movements, gently flowing from one
pose into the other.
In Yin Yoga were holding the (ground) positions for 3-5 minutes, to allow the connective tissue (fascia) to stretch. This helps us to create more mobility in the joints, and more importantly a calm and peaceful mind.
